Electric Cloud is looking for Professional Services Engineers across the United States to provide post-sales services and support for Electric Cloud enterprise customers. These individuals will work with Electric Cloud account teams and customers to understand customer requirements, determine implementation plans, manage implementation projects, and deliver services. The ideal candidates will have previous experience as software developers, excellent verbal and written communication skills, knowledge of software build and release processes and tools, and strong problem-solving skills.

Job Responsibilities:

Develop project plans to meet customer objectives and timeframes
Installation and configuration of Electric Cloud solutions
Provide training and guidance to customers
Assist customer and Electric Cloud Tech Support with problem determination and resolution
Train and support partner organizations

Qualifications/Experience/Attributes:

Minimum 2 years of experience as a developer or build/SCM administrator
Ideally 2 years of project management experience (not mandatory)
Excellent communication skills – verbal, written, and presentation
Proven track record of successful customer implementations
Good working knowledge of scripting languages, including Perl
Expert in C/C++ and Java build tools and development environments (GNU Make, Ant, Visual Studio, eclipse, etc.)
Experience with web and related technologies (Javascript, Google Web Toolkit, CGI scripting, XML, etc.)
Willingness to travel is a must

Education:

Bachelors Degree required
Master Degree preferred
Physical Requirements including

Travel:

Extensive travel; must possess valid passport and be able to travel internationally.
