At SE Laboratories, we are focused on the needs of our customers. That is why SE Laboratories will assure you receive cost-effective and timely turn-around service in calibrations, repairs, and preventative maintenance. The field service technician is responsible for calibration and support of client needs at the location. This position will meet with service customers to address issues and assist the sales department in generating new business.
Description of Duties
• Conform to established procedures and limit designations per client specification.
• Develop and maintain high customer service and satisfaction levels while interfacing with customers.
• Deliver, install, maintain and repair measurement equipment.
• Focus on business growth and increased profitability
• Manage multiple customers/issues in parallel
• Prioritize and/or reschedule tasks with minimal impact to customer service.
We require
• AS in EE
• 3-5 years experience in technical or field service
• 3 years experience with customers in a service business
• Valid drivers license
• Up to 50% travel required
• Expert level Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
